Good even on it's own

The santan aroma is very strong and the texture is soft and springy in the middle with a crisp crust after reheating. Good bread.

Liked this santan sourdough. Even though it was frozen in freezer after I received product, the sourdough was still fresh and soft when I thawed and reheat about 10 seconds in microwave oven.
