We do cover Klang Valley area, Johor Bahru, Kedah, Perak, Melaka, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang for delivery..
3. How long does the delivery take?
We offer next day delivery for all orders made before 2pm. For example, today, if you order before 2pm, you can only choose the delivery date for tomorrow.

5. I received an incorrect item.

7. Which address should I ship my order to?
Our delivery timing is 1pm-6pm depending on the traffic (there might be a delay, or earlier delivery timing). We would advise you to follow the timing that you are available to pick up.

You may get a call/sms/whatsapp when the rider is on the way to you. Or you may seek assistance from our customer service 019-278 7837 or hello@yookybites.com .
9. What if I am not around at the time of delivery?
You may inform us earlier at least 1 day before we send out. We will see how to arrange for the delivery. If you inform us after we have sent out, we can reattempt delivery but there will be RM20 charges.

1. Are all yookybites products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. We differentiate our products based on product name:
Vegan: No dairy and eggs contain
Dairy-free: Contain eggs
Eggless: Contain dairy
2. Are all yookybites products halal?
Our product is all vegetarian friendly. There are no animal products and alcohol added. For now, we have not got the halal certificate yet and we are currently planning to apply for one.
3. My product/bread/cake looks like the picture shown on the website.
Item(s) may differ from what is displayed on our website as the picture is for illustration purposes only. Plus, our bread is handcrafted and not using any machine.
