Matcha Azuki Lotus Bun

The bread is full of red bean filling. However I prefer it a little sweeter. Then it will be perfect match with the matcha bread.

Really nice

Much nicer than expected because it is not sweet, even less sweet than the longan rb buns. Paste has nice texture, healthier feeling, with some lotus bites. And the skin has nice macha flavor..not those fake sweetish matcha but a nice balance taste. Perfect match with the red bean and I hope they will keep this sweetness level.
