Although pricy, the sourdough is definitely worth it! Its textures were exactly what I look for in a sourdough. Chewy, soft, bouncy, perfect. Its taste, also near perfection. It doesn't have an overpowering sour taste some sourdough has, making it perfect for people trying sourdough for the first time. Toasting it made it even better! It gave a crunchy crust paired with its chewy texture. I fell in love with it.

Fluffy Sourdough

I am a big fan of sourdough but can rarely find good ones in the market. Was pleasantly surprised when I tried this Crusty Sourdough from Yookybites. The crust was crispy but not overly hard and the insides were soft and fluffy. Have since re-ordered this sourdough.
